Our Story & Purpose
Origin Story
Founded in 2006 by community leaders in Kano K'Ochieng' Kisumu under the tutelage of Mr. Hezikiah Bunde Nyaranga, LINKCBO began as a small relief effort to feed orphans and widows during a severe famine. Over a decade, we’ve grown; building schools, clinics, and livelihood programs across our community.
Purpose Statement
In kadibo many individuals and families face significant challenges in accessing basic necessities like healthcare, shelter, education, and food. Poverty, inequality, and limited resources exacerbate these issues, hindering community development and perpetuating cycles of disadvantage. Our organization aims to address these gaps by providing holistic support and services, empowering communities to break free from poverty and thrive.
We believe every life is precious. Inspired by stories of loss and resilience, we work tirelessly so no child goes hungry, no widow feels alone, and every elder lives with dignity.
